As the start of the multi-city race tour, once the Accuride team set up the 75-ft. track the sawdust started flying! According to Racemaster Chris Huff, "It was awesome! It was magical! We had 8 Stock and 8 Modified. It was the perfect number for a great race."

This race had the good fortune to have Huck Davies, known for his skillful emceeing of the New England Belt Sander Racing Association (NEBSRA) events, as the announcer. Also from NEBSRA and CMPTRA (Central Maine Power Tool Racing Association) were a couple of heavy-hitters with sanders that really tore up the track!
A Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to the Kenyon Brothers of Kenyon Woodworking to celebrate the 20th anniversary of NEBSRA. The award featured a photograph of the infamous Sanderdome taken by Racemaster Huff.
