Summary:
Manage defined geographic sales territory for direct OEM and Industrial / Electromechanical distributors in order to achieve sales volume and revenue consistent with company objectives.
Job Functions:

Responsible for selling Accuride products and services directly to OEM account and through distributors and resellers.

Manage and direct the sales channels to achieve revenue and profit goals within the territory.

Work independently and take responsibility for setting and accomplishing territory goals.

Train distributor personnel, including outside sales, inside sales, management and warehouse personnel.

Respond competently to complex customer engineering requirements.

Effectively carry out new marketing and sales initiatives in a timely manner, as well as recommend sales programs to achieve short and long-term sales strategies.

Keep up to date on market intelligence and communicate information to appropriate management.

Effectively manage opportunities and information internally with marketing, manufacturing and engineering departments.

Maintain Key customer target account list.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, mechanical or electrical engineering or related area.
-
5+ years of experience selling hardware or component products. Experience to include selling products to OEM accounts and through Distribution channels including products such as functional hardware, fasteners, electronics, and industrial supply items.

Familiar with engineered products sale concepts, practices, and procedures.
-
Effective and persuasive communication and presentation skills in a variety of settings.
-
Demonstrated strong ability to prospect new accounts. Ability to generate leads through research, planning and persistence.

Ability to develop sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.
-
Proficiency in the use of standard office PC software (i.e. MS Word and Excel).
We seek candidates who reside in the greater Dallas - Ft. Worth area. We are not supporting relocation expenses at this time. This position is based out of your home office. Job Description:
This position is an integral part of a strategic pricing team reporting to the Director of Global Pricing. Assists in managing the development, implementation and overall monitoring of worldwide product pricing OEM and Distribution channels. Exercises control and management of projects on the PRM (Project Request Management) system; coordinates with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Accounting on active pricing projects; provides accurate and timely information to the customer; assists in various pricing analysis tasks.
Job Requirements:
• Assist in developing and implement pricing strategies and programs appropriate for new and current products and their respective markets in response to market, competitive or internal conditions.
• Recommends pricing policies and strategies governing direct and indirect sales and service in order to maintain or improve competitive position and/or profitability.
• Interfaces with Product/Market Managers, Sales Managers and Application Engineers, and coordinates the efforts of marketing and sales personnel toward the accomplishment of pricing objectives.
• Gathers data on competitors and analyze prices, sales and methods of marketing and distribution.
• Utilize diverse tools and sources to monitor and analyze industry and business trends impacting our product portfolio.
• Handles all pricing requests made through the PRM system including both project requests and pricing requests.
• Ensures that minimum sells and tooling are justifiable, working with Engineering and Cost Accounting.
• Monitors projects on the PRM system, ensuring progress towards completion dates, recognizing potential problems, and ensuring projects are consistent with corporate goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Finance (or equivalent experience)
• Prefer 5+ years strategic marketing pricing or related experience.
• Prefer experience with manufactured products
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to perform moderately complex financial calculations using PC
• Proven ability to provide sound conclusions and recommendations.
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment and develop relationships and rapport with internal and external customers.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness.
• Fluent in use of standard office PC software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint a plus).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally on a minimal basis.

Job Description:
Let your creativity shine! Design new products from "scratch" to prototype.
This position designs products from scratch to prototype that meet specific customer and/or market needs. This includes developing new product components, assemblies and/or cross-sections. Performs complex design activities relating to mathematical analysis of design elements; product testing and evaluation; design documentation; problem solving and troubleshooting; and supervision of model building and test process. Performs analysis on product test results and design changes and enhancements based on that analysis.
Job Requirements:

BSME and typically 7-10 years related experience.
Experience in metal stamping, solid modeling, stress analysis, project planning and plastics design.
Creativity and experience in conceptualizing and new product development. (Patents are a plus)
Advance math skills and strong analytical abilities.
Ability to perform the most complex design assignments and manage people on a project basis.
Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD software such as: Solidworks, Inventor or Pro-E.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software such as: MS Project, Excel and Word.
Southern CA candidates ONLY or candidates willing to relocate at own expense. This company will not sponsor H1B visas.
